Cotton fibers are the seed trichomes that developed around and used to make clothes yarn for textile industry. Expression profiling of cotton fiber genes is very important estimate differential gene expression level at different developmental stages. analysis developing enhance length cotton. The three families in five stages (0, 5, 10, 15 20 DPA) tissues was carried out through real-time PCR. revealed transcripts GA-20 Oxidase, XTH, PEPc were elevated from 5 days post-anthesis (DPA) fibers. Total RNA extracted various development reverse transcribed cDNA PCR amplification. For data normalization, 18s rRNA as an internal control. objective this study explore specific development. results showed most expressed during elongation phase between DPA DPA. Results obtained may be helpful further identification improvement characteristics XTH with a high rate breeding programmes quality quantity.
